Welcome to ScoreTheFloor. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
- Upload content you do not have permission to share.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
- Misuse judge invite links or audience voting (e.g. ballot stuffing).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the events, participants, and scores you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process this content solely to operate the service for you.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features may require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Final scoring results are the responsibility of the event organizer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreTheFloor's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
